Contract Analyst II

Coordinating and executing client contracts and change orders for early phase studies, the full-time remote Contract Analyst II will manage multiple contracts simultaneously while collaborating with legal and operational teams to ensure compliance and accuracy. Key responsibilities Manage numerous Early Phase contracts and change orders, ensuring timely execution and compliance Collaborate with ICON Legal and the Sales Team to determine appropriate contract terms and conditions Develop and maintain client/project files and tracking tools, providing project/financial analysis as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sponsor contract management and financial analysis within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry Experience with Early Phase study budgets is preferred Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and legal terminology Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
