What You'll Do as a Dock Hand As a Dock Hand, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our waterfront facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with boarding and disembarking from boats.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dock area.
- Preparing boats and equipment for daily rentals and excursions.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Monitoring and securing watercraft to ensure proper docking.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to keep the operation running smoothly.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to take on physical tasks.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A team-player mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of boats or watercraft is a plus, but not required.
