What You\'ll Do As an Electrical Foreman, you\'ll provide hands-on leadership in the field while managing crews, materials, and project execution. Your responsibilities will include: Working closely with the Project Superintendent and other trades to coordinate assigned electrical scopes. Managing manpower, materials, and daily field activities to keep projects on schedule. Supervising, mentoring, and motivating electrical team members. Promoting and enforcing high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship. Utilizing company-provided technology, including tablets and smartphones, to improve communication, documentation, and project efficiency. Identifying and resolving field challenges while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded. Supporting a positive, collaborative job site environment. What We\'re Looking For 5+ years of experience Experience leading, training, and developing field teams. Comfortable using basic computer applications and completing digital documentation.
