Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Nellas | Elkins, WV $43–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Nellas. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide individualized care while helping residents improve mobility, rebuild strength, and work toward greater functional independence.
