ICU Nurse Job Details Location: Boston, MA 02115 (Massachusetts nursing jobs) Assignment Type: Travel Nurse Unit: 11C ICU MedSurg Start Date: September 8, 2025 (preferred) or September 22, 2025 End Date: December 7, 2025 Duration: 13-week contract Hours per Week: 36 Shift: 12-hour shifts (days, nights, or rotating) Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,880 – $2,020 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications Ability to work every other weekend (EOW) Completion of all onboarding requirements: background check, health screenings, and skills checklist Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills ICU Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced nursing interventions Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare policies Experience the best of Boston healthcare while advancing your nursing career in a supportive and innovative hospital environment.
