You'll earn $80,000 – $125,000/year (DOE) with your choice of commission, hourly, or salary , along with a steady Monday–Friday schedule and rotating on-call . THE TYPE OF JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications: Valid Journeyman Plumber license Valid driver's license Clean driving record We're looking for someone dependable, skilled, and customer-focused who thrives in a professional yet supportive environment. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a rotating weekend on-call schedule to maintain work-life balance. As a Journeyman Plumber, your day begins with a dispatch from home as you head out in your company-provided vehicle to serve residential and commercial clients. You'll tackle a variety of tasks-from diagnosing issues and performing repairs to completing maintenance and service calls-all while delivering high-quality workmanship. Throughout the day, you communicate solutions clearly to customers, build trust, and ensure every job meets our high standards.
