AEM Developer Lead

Title: Senior AEM Forms Application Developer
Location : Strongsville, OH or Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain digital Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Forms
- Build and customize enterprise form solutions using industry-standard platforms and frameworks
- Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems through APIs and web services
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support activities
Required Qualification
- Strong experience developing enterprise forms and AEM workflow-based applications
- Proficiency in Java development and object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience working with XML, XSD, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration patterns
- Experience with source control tools such as Git
- Familiarity with build and deployment tools such as Maven or Gradle
- Understanding of modern web application architecture and development best practices
Preferred Qualification
- Experience working with document management, workflow automation, or AEM digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms and services
- Knowledge of intelligent document processing technologies
- Familiarity with component-based application frameworks and modular architectures
