Responsibilities Process reverse mortgage loan files from application through closing Review and organize borrower documentation to ensure complete and accurate loan files Prepare and distribute required disclosures in compliance with regulatory timelines Communicate directly with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and third parties to obtain required documentation and clear conditions Monitor loan milestones and maintain accurate pipeline updatesEnsure files meet lender, investor, and compliance guidelines Assist in resolving loan conditions and processing-related issues on time Qualifications Previous mortgage processing experience required Reverse mortgage / HECM processing experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, disclosures, and compliance timelines Excellent communication and borrower relationship skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with mortgage LOS and CRM systems preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) opportunities Hybrid flexibility In-house training and career growth opportunities Supportive, technology-driven work environment Location: Ramsey, NJ #J-18808-Ljbffr Opulence Funding LLC
