Since 1989, Job Site Repair has grown from a single mobile truck into established shops serving Mahtomedi, Rogers, and Rosemount, Minnesota. Family-owned and operated, our team brings 60+ years of combined expertise to keep customer fleets running safely and efficiently.
A Day in This RoleYour evening starts at 5:00 pm. You roll into a clean, well-equipped shop and queue up your work orders: medium and heavy-duty diesel and gas trucks awaiting accurate diagnosis and efficient repair. You’ll perform inspections, troubleshoot drivability concerns, and complete repairs that prioritize safety and performance—wrapping up by 1:00 am, Monday through Friday. And the best part: no weekends.
What You’ll Work On- Diesel engine systems and engine repair
- Brake, suspension, and steering systems
- Preventive maintenance and comprehensive inspections
- Light vehicle diesel engines
- Tire service and balancing
- Fuel system diagnosis and repair
Full-time, 2nd shift: 5:00 pm – 1:00 am, Monday–Friday (no weekends).

Hands-on experience in medium/heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair, with the judgment to diagnose accurately and the discipline to complete work efficiently and safely.
