Lone Star Staffing is hiring experienced Reach Operators for a PM Cooler position in Irving, TX!

We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Reach Operators to join our team. This position involves operating powered equipment in a cooler environment while safely moving and organizing product.

Job Title: Reach Operators (Cooler department)

Pay Rate $16.50 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift – PM

Location: Irving, TX

• Safely operate a reach forklift to move, load, unload, and organize product
• Transport pallets throughout the cooler and warehouse
• Accurately stage and store products in designated locations
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow productivity and quality standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous reach forklift experience required
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to safely operate equipment in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in a cooler/temperature-controlled environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
