Registered Nurse - Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation

Job Description

This position supports the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation unit with a 44-bed capacity. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care focused on rehabilitation and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform basic med-surgical nursing tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient vitals and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Utilize medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, IVs, and wound care supplies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is mandatory.
• Preferred experience in Med-Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
