Certified Personal Trainer

Description Valley Fitness is hiring a Personal Trainer to join our energetic team! We're a community-focused gym where you'll help clients crush their goals while building your own career. What You'll Do:
• Motivate, monitor, and support clients to help them stay consistent and committed to their fitness journey, so they progress regularly and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle choices that complement their fitness goals.
• Measure and assess the client's progress monthly to ensure clients reach their fitness goals.
• Contributing to making Valley Fitness a clean and safe environment. Qualifications • Experience in designing personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to maintain consistency and commitment to their fitness journey.
• Proven track record of educating clients on nutrition and lifestyle choices that enhance their fitness outcomes.
• Skill in monitoring and adjusting training programs to ensure continuous client improvement.
• Capability to measure and assess client progress monthly, ensuring alignment with fitness goals.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe gym environment for all members.
• Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized institution, ensuring professional standards and knowledge are met.
