Resumen Family First Homecare está buscando un enfermero práctico licenciado (LPN) compasivo y capacitado para brindar atención de enfermería de alta calidad en el hogar a pacientes pediátricos. El rol implica proporcionar servicios de enfermería integrales, cumpliendo estrictamente con las políticas y regulaciones. Responsabilidades El trabajo implica comunicarse con médicos sobre planes de atención del paciente, mentorizar a nuevos empleados, educar a pacientes y cuidadores, participar en programas de aseguramiento de calidad y asistir a capacitaciones obligatorias. Otras responsabilidades incluyen mantener la confidencialidad del paciente, cumplir con las expectativas de cumplimiento y ética, y mantener habilidades de comunicación profesional. Horario y disponibilidad Este rol requiere viajar a los hogares de los pacientes para brindar atención. El horario de trabajo puede incluir turnos de diferentes longitudes (8, 10 o 12 horas) y puede requerir disponibilidad en cualquier día de la semana, de domingo a sábado.
