Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our growing analytics and AI team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and data engineering techniques to solve complex business problems, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models.
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Develop data pipelines and automate data processing workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams.
• Validate model performance and optimize algorithms for production.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Data Science are a plus.

Salary

USD $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Based on experience and location)
