Peak is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Resident Service Coordinator to join our team at our beautiful 1,200+ unit property, Ramblewood Apartments.Participate in resolving and handling resident maintenance questions, concerns and complaintsTake service requests from residents or staff via phone, in person, and email. All requests are to be entered in a timely fashion. Phone messages and email will be checked consistently.Assist Maintenance Supervisor with determining importance of request for service technicians, or vendors.Demonstrate strong organizational skills.Must have reliable transportation.Why come work for us?
