Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The nurse will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adhere to hospital and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical interventions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA RN License and upload documentation within the last 2 weeks.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications with valid expiration dates.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years ICU experience required; 4 years preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and floating as needed.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
