Job Description

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for outpatients, focusing on restoring and improving patient mobility and function. They will serve as an educational resource within the healthcare setting and collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery processes, and proper exercise techniques.
• Document patient progress accurately in compliance with clinical standards.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and comply with clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA Physical Therapy license.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association with a B.S., B.A., M.A., M.S., or D.P.T. degree.
• Possess at least 2 years of clinical outpatient therapy experience.
• Have current BLS certification.
• Be willing to work the 5x8 day shift (0800-1700) schedule.
