Enterprise Healthcare IT Agile Transformation Leader

T2 Group is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader with extensive healthcare IT experience, including Epic EHR, to lead enterprise Agile initiatives, governance, and organizational transformation. This role will assess current practices, develop an enterprise strategy, and guide adoption across healthcare teams.
The ideal candidate will partner with executive leadership, establish standards, and coach leaders and teams to sustain an Agile operating model across the organization.
