Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Provide instruction to patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to ensure continued progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring each patient stays on the path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification essential
