Agents guide individuals, families, and businesses toward the financial strategy that is right for them using the company’s extensive product lines. Responsibilities Guide clients in selecting appropriate insurance, annuity, and investment products. Build and maintain client relationships and provide ongoing service. Meet sales targets and performance goals as set by the firm. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Training & Development Comprehensive training delivered through a virtual and physical classroom experience. Dedicated sales‑support team pairs staff with experienced managers and trainers.
