Data Entry Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a top healthcare client. This individual will support facilities operations by ensuring asset and maintenance data is accurate within the Maintenance Connection system. Responsibilities include reviewing and correcting asset records, validating maintenance schedules, cleaning and standardizing spreadsheets, conducting data QA, and verifying inventory through occasional site visits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both data and facilities teams to improve documentation, reporting, and overall system accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Maintenance Connection (or similar CMMS/asset management system)
- 1-3 years of facilities management, maintenance, housekeeping, EVS, or operations experience
- Experience standardizing and cleaning large datasets
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Healthcare or clinical facility experience
- Previous experience performing asset audits or inventory verification
