What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality neonatal intensive care in a Level IV NICU setting
• Manage complex cases for critically ill and premature newborns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and nurse practitioners
• Participate actively in 24/7 in-house coverage
• Support and supervise resident rotations
• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Communicate effectively with families to promote family-centered care
• Contribute to a high-acuity, academically engaged environment with outstanding clinical resources

What You Need

• Valid state medical license or eligible for licensure in Georgia
• Board Certification or eligibility in Neonatology
• Minimum of 2 years’ NICU experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to excellence in neonatal care
