3M Quality Inspector – Clarkston, Georgia Job Description: 3M is seeking Quality Inspector candidates for full‑time 2nd and 3rd shift positions in Clarkston, Georgia. Shift Availability: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift Pay & Benefits Overview: Pay starting: $22.52 per hour New hires start with 3 weeks paid vacation and 12 paid holidays Health, vision, and dental coverage start day one Employee stock discount 401(k) match of 5% The Impact You’ll Make in This Role As a Quality Inspector you will: Inspect product to determine compliance with order specifications, customer requirements, and company quality control system. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and shipping/packing standards. Use excellent visual skills to detect minute non‑conformances such as cracks, voids, and tool marks. Operate small hand tools and process equipment with dexterity. Work with precision tools and equipment, using good judgment to prevent damage and maintain efficiency. Your Skills and Expertise Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start). Previous quality inspection experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. Additional Qualifications That Could Help You Succeed: Experience in an aerospace or defense related industry. Security Clearance. Work Location Clarkston, GA Relocation Assistance Not Authorized.
