Construction Project Manager

Summary Lead construction projects across retail stores, supply chain facilities, and corporate offices from early scoping through final closeout. Own the full project lifecycle, managing budget, schedule, quality, and complex stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced retail environment. This hybrid role is based in Seattle and requires travel to support business goals. Responsibilities Define and manage project scope, budget, and schedule end-to-end, proactively tracking costs, timelines, and risks and identifying balanced solutions. Support contract execution and compliance by collaborating with real estate, legal, internal teams, and external partners and managing change orders, payments, and closeout documentation. Lead design development by producing clear scope documentation, managing external consultants through permitting and inspections, and documenting decisions and changes. Oversee construction from bid through closeout by selecting and managing contractors, coordinating with jurisdictions and store teams, and ensuring delivery meets time, cost, and quality expectations. Requirements 8+ years of construction project management experience with on-site execution in fast-paced retail environments and a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Strong foundation in estimating, contracts, site operations, and safety within operating stores and the ability to interpret contract documents and MEP systems. Proven communicator and problem solver with exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and build trust across multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Coupa, AutoCAD, and scheduling software and willingness to travel up to 40%. #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
