Start your Voyage – Get To Know The Opportunity The Client Relationship Specialist ensures client satisfaction by responding to inquiries from Multiple Employer Plan (MEP) participants. A MEP is a retirement savings package in which multiple businesses participate in a single qualified retirement plan. Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your 3 day in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager. Tempe, AZ*** The Contributions You’ll Make Enter data into recordkeeping, payroll and vendor systems to set-up new 401(k) plans. Ensure accuracy of client data and elevate issues to appropriate department to ensure timely set-up. Prepare necessary documents for plan set-up and maintain/organize paper documents Handle escalated issues and provide internal support to associates with client issue resolution. Performs other related duties as assigned Minimum Knowledge & Experience High School Diploma/GED 1 - 3 Years of Directly Related Experience Preferred Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Business, HR or related. 401(k) experience with emphasis on plan administration Understanding of pension plan regulations. Familiarity with investment vehicles offered unqualified plans. Verbal and written communication skills. Microsoft Office skills. Leadership Compensation Pay Disclosure Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
