Customer Experience Marketing Coordinator

Customer Experience Marketing Coordinator at Tilson Homes Full‑time role located in Texas; remote opportunities available with a company vehicle. We are looking for an outgoing person passionate about photography, customer service, and telling stories about home building journeys. As a Customer Experience Marketing Coordinator you will engage with families from signing to closing, creating and capturing special moments, and sharing them via social media and customer portals. Typical Responsibilities Collaborate with construction and sales teams on customer home status. Check in with buyers to assess experience and schedule meetings. Stage groundbreaking and other milestone photos with families on their home site. Take final photography of new homes. Update customer portals with latest photos. Brainstorm new marketing ideas to celebrate customers and share their stories. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or portrait photography. Strong communication and creative thinking skills. Excellent organization and schedule management for maximum productivity. Comfortable driving to homesites throughout rural Texas. Team player who can collaborate with sales, construction, and marketing teams.
