Job Opportunity: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults diagnosed with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual goals.
- Oversee and mentor behavior technicians in their daily activities.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to foster effective strategies at home.
- Work collaboratively with educational institutions and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and evidence-based approach to care.
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in providing ABA services, particularly to children and young adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
