Housing-Focused Mental Health Case Manager
DESC
DESC seeks a Mental Health Case Manager for HOST to serve homeless adults with severe mental illness in the Seattle area. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide stabilization, link housing, and coordinate long-term behavioral health services, while meeting urgent survival needs. As part of DESC, you’ll contribute to housing and recovery efforts with a strong emphasis on compassionate care, adherence to union guidelines under SEIU Healthcare 1199NW, and a full benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr DESC
