Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Our skilled nursing facility is looking for a Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep of our building, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.

- Oversee all maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility standards
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team and external vendors
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Respond promptly to repair requests to keep our facility running efficiently
- Experience in maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting
