We are seeking a Logistics / Quality Control Manager to join a dedicated team. This role combines logistics coordination, quality control oversight, and hands-on production work. The ideal candidate will use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry knowledge daily while ensuring a high standard of quality is maintained.

  About the Role:
  This organization produces high-quality products for the hospitality and outdoor lodging industry across the U.S. and Canada. These units feature a blend of rustic design and modern amenities and are used by resorts, RV parks, ranches, and private retreats.
  Responsibilities:
• Perform physical inventory tasks including counting, logging, and requesting purchase orders
• Schedule pickup and delivery with transportation providers
• Prepare and load finished products for shipment
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, setup, and expectations
• Schedule and perform maintenance on shop equipment
• Travel to trade shows, including setup and teardown of displays
• Manage customer setup support programs
• Coordinate facility maintenance as needed
• Maintain safety protocols, fire code compliance, and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with DOT requirements (logbooks, permits, etc.)
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and maintain records
• Oversee and manage product quality control processes
• Quote freight costs for products and materials
• Manage tools and equipment inventory
• Receive and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality
• Assist with purchasing and inventory pickups
• Perform general repairs both onsite and offsite as needed
• Maintain trucks and trailers
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
  Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to walk, bend, twist, and reach regularly
• Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to work safely and free from the influence of drugs or alcohol
  Qualifications:
• Practical, common-sense approach with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed (trade shows, deliveries, etc.)
• Experience driving with 24'-34' trailers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to occasionally work weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
