This role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in making other team’s daily work easier. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter looking to help shape solutions that enhance supervisory processes and deliver high impact results.Responsibilities:Support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues to deliver large-scale solutions across a variety of projects & initiatives.Jointly participate in projects & tasks while advancing skills in discovery, design, and implementation of process improvements and automated workflowsOptimize processes by conducting stakeholder interviews to compile needs assessment, identify requirements, and support solution designConduct data validation and process testing exercises, identifying defects and proposing solutions or workaroundsWork cross-functionality to deliver & implement more efficient workflows by combining backend data sources in AlteryxResearch and resolve unknowns independently by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and achieve objectivesDrive continuous improvement by proposing ways to leverage data aggregation tools, automated workflows, or AI to streamline our team’s ability to operate & execute on our initiativesWhat are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
