We are looking for reliable Assemblers to support the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. We have openings on the Electrical Assembly team and with the Mechanical Assembly team. In this role, you'll work with tools, follow blueprints, and collaborate with a team focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous growth.ResponsibilitiesAssemble components into finished products using blueprints, diagrams, and work ordersRead and interpret schematics, drawings, bills of materials, and other technical documentsUse hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches to build and secure parts to specificationPerform quality checks to ensure products are level, square, and meet required standardsInspect materials and components for defects (dents, scratches, alignment issues) before and during assemblyAssemble electrical components such as switchboards, panelboards, and copper bussing per design specificationsConduct visual inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify and correct nonconforming partsSchedule:There are two available shifts; Monday-Friday 7am-5pm OR Monday-Friday 5:30pm-3:30am.The minimum work week is 50 hours. There is overtime available.
