Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) with specialization in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Lebanon, Missouri. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care within the ICU. The position requires maintaining professional accountability, evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members, coordinating patient care with other departments, and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license; meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri; no minimum experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred; BLS certification required
• Additional Information: Role involves caring for ICU patients in a facility with standard equipment and electronic medical records managed through EPIC. The position is focused on providing comprehensive critical care, adhering to hospital standards, and maintaining a professional and compassionate environment.
