Customer Service Manager

Albertsons - 2601 East Division Street - Responsibilities: Provide direct leadership to the front end department crew members including planning and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, coaching sessions and administering discipline; Mentor front end crew members to provide outstanding guest service during checkout; Set and coach guest service expectations and lead by example; Oversee training and onboarding for new front end crew members using the in-house LMS; Maintain labor management and scheduling to meet department goals; Coordinate with Front End Operations Specialist to execute programs and promotions at store level; Ensure front end operations meet safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards; Respond to guest questions with product knowledge and maintain effective communication with crew members and management; Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and in-store equipment operations; Open communication with crew and maintain documentation as required
