About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team at Cornerstone Preschool and Childcare. As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our youngest learners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum for infants
• Provide care and support for infants' physical, emotional, and social development
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on infant's progress
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and nap time routines

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 8 semester college credits
• Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting
• Knowledge of infant development and care practices
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
