Qualifications & Skills DVM degree, valid license, at least 2 years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a servant leadership mindset. Proficiency in computer skills and a desire to grow professionally are essential. Key Responsibilities Practice high-level medicine across wellness, diagnostics, urgent care, and surgeries, including exotics. Lead a diverse, meaningful caseload in a full-service, well-equipped clinic.
