Coverage Areas: Bourbon, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Franklin, Harrison, Jessamine, Nicholas, Woodford (high need for coverage in Estill, Clark, Nicholas) Shift Options: Shift: Monday to Friday | 8am - 4:30pm Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32+ Productivity Expectations (points): 30 PAY PACKAGE: $2,700/week (Gross) Hourly Pay: $67.5 Breakdown W2 - $32.85/hr Stipends: $1,386/week Experience: Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred.
