$17 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough property assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with tenants and property owners by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate and execute field assignments efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective strategies for property maintenance.
• Provide detailed reports on property conditions and recommend necessary improvements or repairs.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new tenants, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.
• Monitor and document property performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making within the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry standards.
• Ability to conduct detailed property assessments, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners.
• Excellent communication skills to address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate and execute field assignments efficiently and on schedule.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the property management team on maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports on property conditions and recommending improvements or repairs as needed.
