Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff at the unit level
• Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in Med/Surg nursing
• Demonstrated ability to assess and plan patient care independently
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a PACU or surgical center setting
• Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role
