PMO Analyst

Role Overview The PMO Analyst will support monthly project budget tracking and forecasting coordinating with a multitude of project team members. Assist Project Managers with project schedules, project control tools and project priorities. What You Will Be Doing Develop and maintain project budget and cash flow forecasting models on a monthly basis. Requires coordination with project team members and Financial Planning & Analysis department. Support the creation and maintenance of internal project management tools such as Project Execution plans, Risk Registers and schedules. Support project due diligence process by gathering information from various project stakeholders being requested by Independent Engineers or investors. Support in certain process creation or defining Roles and Responsibilities that will make the organization more efficient and effective. Additional Duties as Required Travel Travel: less than 10% Minimum Qualifications 0 – 2 years of progressively responsible project management experience in energy or a related industry Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel) Proficiency in SAP and SQL is preferred AI skills or experience Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise. (Preferred). Behavioral Requirements Strong organizational and time‑management skills Strong quantitative, written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to work productively with limited supervision Strong interest in environmental issues and renewable energy Ability and willingness to travel and work overtime as needed Familiarity with wind and solar power project development preferred Exemplary standards of integrity, honor, safety, management, ethics, quality, and productivity Exhibit behaviors consistent with strong leadership and accountability Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with our purpose.
