Senior Human Resources Generalist (HRIS)

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a growing organization to locate their next HR Generalist. Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Full-time Work Arrangement: On-site What’s in it for you? HR + Systems Exposure: Take ownership of key HR processes while becoming a go-to resource for HR technology and data. Process Improvement: Play an important role in improving HRIS functionality, workflows, reporting, and overall HR efficiency. Broad HR Experience: Gain exposure across employee relations, benefits, onboarding, compliance, reporting, and HR operations. What will your day look like? Serve as a primary resource for the HRIS , including system maintenance, data integrity, reporting, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes, workflows, and employee self-service capabilities. Build and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for HR and business leadership. Support employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. Manage employee data changes and ensure information is accurate across HR, payroll, benefits, and other systems. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT on system integrations, upgrades, testing, and implementation projects. Support compliance reporting, audits, and HR documentation. Who are you? HR Generalist: 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with broad exposure to HR operations. HRIS Expertise Required: Strong hands-on experience administering and optimizing an HRIS such as Workday, UKG, ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, Dayforce, or a similar platform. Systems Mindset: Experience with implementations, system upgrades, integrations, testing, reporting, or process automation strongly preferred. Analytical: Comfortable working with HR data, building reports, identifying discrepancies, and translating information into actionable insights. Hands-On: Willing to handle traditional HR Generalist responsibilities while taking significant ownership of HR systems and processes.
