Job Description:

Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, top Massachusetts recognized 229-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area.

As a Registered Nurse for our Walk In Urgent Care Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.
