Job Description

·         Manage projects from initial concept through final completion, encompassing brand new builds and renovations ranging from $10K to $200K

·         Develop comprehensive quotes and estimates, and proactively follow up to secure new project work

·         Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, scope, and delivery milestones

·         Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain project alignment and accountability

·         Drive project tracking and budget management to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

Key Requirements

·         Minimum of 4+ years of experience managing welding and fabrication projects, ideally within the truck or trailer

·         BS Degree in Engineering is preferred
