Overseeing affordable housing compliance across an assigned portfolio, the full-time Affordable Housing Compliance Manager will ensure adherence to federal, state, and agency regulations while supporting operational teams and mentoring compliance staff in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs and agency regulations, and maintain accurate reporting Prepare for agency audits and provide guidance to compliance staff during inspections and reviews Mentor Compliance Managers and identify training opportunities to enhance team development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Significant experience in affordable housing compliance or property management Thorough knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently while providing leadership and guidance to others
