Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver business solutions. Design, develop, and implement software solutions using appropriate programming languages and technologies. Develop clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Demonstrate knowledge of scalable database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases. Participate in system design discussions and contribute to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD). Build secure applications by implementing authentication, authorization, and secure coding best practices. Perform unit testing, integration testing, participate in code reviews, and maintain high code quality standards. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using DevOps best practices. Develop monitoring dashboards, logging, and alerting capabilities to improve application observability. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Continuously improve engineering practices, application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Learn and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and enterprise engineering standards. Solve complex technical problems to ensure solutions are testable, maintainable, scalable, and efficient. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the education requirement, if applicable. 2+ years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of solutions using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies through iterative Agile development. 2+ years of experience working with one or more of the following: frontend technologies (UI/UX), middleware (microservices and APIs), database technologies, or DevOps. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience building microservices. 2+ years of experience developing and implementing business systems within an enterprise organization. Experience developing enterprise applications using Java and/or Python technologies. Experience with REST APIs and distributed applications. Experience working in Agile development environments.
