Reference Number: 5837767 Published Date: 06/09/2026 Job Type: Temporary Industry: Production Hours: Full Time Job Title: Assembly - Temp to hire Location: Des Plaines, IL Pay Rate: $18.50 Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday Responsibilities Assemble individual components to complete sub-assemblies and finished products following SOPs and visual aids. Use hand tools and magnifiers to handle both bulky and small components accurately. Identify and report missing, damaged, or lost materials immediately to supervisors. Ensure all components and finished goods are properly packed, labeled, and moved to designated areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Experience working in the manufacturing industry preferred. Basic math skills and familiarity with hand tools. Ability to understand basic drawings, visual aids, and follow written instructions. Physical ability to work on foot for 8 hours and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
