Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support a leading electronics manufacturing organization in Carlsbad, CA. This onsite opportunity is ideal for candidates with customer service experience in a product-based, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment who enjoy solving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, managing inquiries, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and helping ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries.
• Coordinate order processing activities between sales, manufacturing, logistics, and compliance teams.
• Support shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely product delivery.
• Manage spare parts and system orders while maintaining accuracy throughout the order process.
• Assist with trade compliance-related processes and documentation.
• Address customer concerns and work toward timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain detailed customer and order records.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in a product-based industry such as manufacturing, medical device, warehousing, distribution, or logistics
• Shipping and logistics coordination experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional written communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional, organized, and solution-oriented approach to work
