Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers
• Generate leads and schedule appointments to support sales efforts
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Deliver friendly, accurate customer service by answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage
• Collaborate closely with the team to achieve marketing and sales targets
• Use effective communication skills to educate customers and drive business growth

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
• Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in marketing insurance and financial products
• Proactive problem-solver with a can-do mindset
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work well within a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life and Health license
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• This position is in-person at our office: 9662 Queens Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374
