' ...MRI Tech Coordinator/Lead (F/T) role (this has a Sign-on (5K) and Retention (10K after 2 years/satisfactory performance)bonus)...MRI Lead Tech ....The Lead MRI Technologist partners with the Director of Imaging to support departmental operations, including staff meetings, training initiatives, process improvement, and coordination of MRI-related events. This role also collaborates with the contracted research organization (AMR) to support research activities and ensure compliance. Working under the supervision of the Imaging Department Medical Director, the Lead MRI Technologist is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and overall patient experience. This position reports to: Imaging Director. QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge and skills: 1. Knowledge of medical procedures and terminology 2. Interpersonal/human relations skills 3. Ability to maintain confidentiality 4. Ability to maintain records and files Education and experience: 1. High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or educations 2. Graduation from an approved School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent 3. Registered by ARRT in Radiologic Technology..'
