Make a meaningful impact on the lives of students as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist serving a diverse school population near Xenia, OH. This position offers the opportunity to work full-time or part-time during the academic year, from September through June, supporting a range of students as they achieve their communication goals.

In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based therapy, collaborate with educational teams, and help shape positive learning experiences for children across various grades and backgrounds. The district is seeking coverage as soon as possible, with interviews and decisions moving quickly.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Pediatric and school-based experience preferred; new graduates completing their CFY are encouraged to apply
• Strong collaborative and communication skills, with adaptability for diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with student needs
• Provide direct therapy services for a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Work closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
